General Rate Information
All rates are net to Brevard Business News. Agency discounts do not apply. Additional discounts for insertions of 27 or more ads will be quoted upon request. All advertising content is subject to the approval of the publisher. Contracts begin with the date of the first insertion. Multiple insertions in any issue will count toward frequency fulfillment. Contract periods are for 12 months.
Color Rates
All pricing on the color rate sheet applies to both 4-color and spot color ads. Black & white ads will be charged $75.00 less per insertion.
Art Fees
Photo enhancing fee of $50.00 per photo may apply. Late fee may be charged for any art received after 5:00 PM of Fridays for inclusion in the following week's issue.

Business Card Ads (3.16 x 1.50 inches) $70.00 each • 6 or more insertions - $60.00 each

CLOSING DATES
Advertising
Space reservations and materials are due by 5:00 pm Friday - 10 days prior to publication date. Cancellations must be in writing and cannot be accepted after the closing date. Publisher reserves the right to repeat the most recent ad and charge for the space reserved when no acceptable copy is received by the closing date.
News releases
Announcements and news releases are accepted anytime by email at brevardbusinessnews@earthlink.net and are considered for publication. Items submitted for inclusion in the editorial content of Brevard Business News will be used on a space-available basis. Photographs may be black and white or color. All information and materials submitted become the property of Brevard Business News and will not be returned.
Material Specifications
Ad material should be prepared to the specifications as indicated on the rate table. Ads submitted using alternative sizes will be charged at $20.50 per inch or will be adapted to fit Brevard Business News specifications.
